Abstract
This SSS Bulletin weekly report codes publicly reported security incidents and intelligence-based operations for the week of 5–11 October 2026. 24 events were published after human review: 13 state kinetic and 11 non-state kinetic. Aggregate casualties: security forces killed 4, militants killed 84, civilians killed 4. Methodology, sources, and corrections policy are documented in the report body.
