Abstract
This SSS Bulletin weekly report codes publicly reported security incidents and intelligence-based operations for the week of 21–27 September 2026. Nineteen events were published after human review: fourteen state kinetic and five non-state kinetic. Aggregate casualties: security forces killed 4, militants killed 115, civilians killed 13.
The executive assessment notes elevated kinetic intensity in Balochistan and KP, continued asymmetric non-state strikes, and cross-border activity along the Durand Line. Methodology, sources, and corrections policy are documented in the report body.
